The Food Innovation Program is a 10-month master’s program founded by the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (UNIMORE), the Future Food Institute of Bologna (FFI) and the Institute for The Future in Palo Alto, California (IFTF). It is offered to Italian and international participants interested in developing dynamic careers in the food industry. Inspired by creative learning and design thinking methodologies, the Program provides students with the opportunity to engage in an international classroom/workshop environment comprised of theory and prototyping, teamwork based innovation challenges, entrepreneurial mentoring and inspirational talks presented by visionary entrepreneurs, policy makers, innovators and opinion leaders. The fellows participate in international events and conferences in a spirit of cross-pollination of knowledge, inspiration and innovation. They are ambassadors of the Food Innovation Program, often leading workshops, launching products and exploring the impact of food on a national and international scale.
