André Natal is a speech engineer with over fourteen years of experience building voice first applications across multiple modalities. He is currently part of the speech team at Mozilla and had played significant roles in popular projects like Common Voice, Web Speech API, Voice Fill, Deep Speech, and more. Pioneer in the development of speech applications, André has deployed several voice projects around the globe, both in public and private companies across various sectors and platforms. In his talk, André will explain how developers can speech enable their applications using Mozilla open source projects and tools. He currently lives and works in the Bay Area.
